How long do we need to allow for producing a Table Plan?
Conrad Design require a minimum of 2 weeks for producing, proofing and delivery of any of our table plan designs. If you are having something designed via our bespoke design service 3-4 weeks minimum should be allowed for.


How are the Table Plans delivered?
All Table Plans are sent securely packaged and are delivered by a reputable courier. A signature will be required upon delivery, so all deliveries should be made to an address where someone is in, work addresses are most suited to this. Deliveries normally take place anytime between 8.30am and 5.30pm.

If you require a timed delivery, additional delivery charges are applicable.


Can you produce placecards, menus and table numbers to match?
Yes. You choose the design and theme and we will produce whatever you require. Any quantity from 1 to 1,000.


Can we have table names instead of numbers?
Yes. Try to keep them as short as possible. Many customers choose favourite destinations, songs, cocktails etc. the decision is yours.


What do I need to supply to have a table plan made?
A plan of the room, guests names in relation to your seating arrangements, colour swatches or sample invitation to match style to and if you are having a particular theme; any imagery, logos or icons you want including in the design. We will source some components on your behalf but you will be expected to supply the relevant details as early as possible.


Are there different bead, board and print colours available?
The beads are available in gold, silver, pearl or clear crystal. Boards we carry in stock are white, ivory, cream, gold or silver, we can also source other colours by request. Names are normally printed in black on all plans for legibility and the heart/star/table number details in a coordinating colour which we will match to your colour choice or sample swatch.


Can you frame the plans?
Yes. We recommend you frame the plan after your wedding using a local framer who is registered with the Guild of Master Craftsman. We will be offering a framing service very soon.


What is the Express Service?
In certain circumstances we may be able to turnaround orders within 7 working days. This is only possible where clients return proofs promptly and is subject to availability at time of ordering.


Can I visit your studio?
Yes, by prior arrangement only. We also sell our products through nationwide retailers and planners, please contact us for details of your nearest supplier.


What is the traditional seating plan for the top table?
The traditional seating plan for the top table is as follows:

Different line-ups may be required for example if parents are divorced and remarried.

When both sets of parents have remarried: Groom's stepmother, Bride's stepfather, Chief Bridesmaid, Groom's Father, Bride's Mother, Groom, Bride, Bride's Father, Groom's Mother, Best man, Bride's stepmother, Groom's stepfather.

When one set of parents has remarried: Best Man, Groom's Stepmother, Groom's Father, Brides Mother, Groom, Bride, Bride's Father, Groom's Mother, Groom's Stepfather, Chief Bridesmaid.
