Refunds & Cancellations
Delivery
All parcels are sent out via Royal Mail Parcel Line and
a signature will be required on delivery of all goods. Please allow as much time as
possible for your order, particularly during the summer wedding season.
Express orders will be delivered within 2 working weeks of ordering. Stationery delivery schedules will be agreed within 48 hours of ordering, dependent on quantity ordered and timescales between ordering and your wedding.
If for any reason we are Out of Stock of a particular product we will notify you within 48 hours of ordering.
Cancellations
No refunds will be made on cancelled orders due to
the personalised and hand finishing nature of our business. Products cannot be recycled
for resale so reimbursement for our time and costs is recoverable from the customer.
Returns and Refund Policy
Unless faulty, we do not accept returns
of any stationery item. Non-stationery items may be returned within 7 days of receipt
providing the product and its packaging are in perfect condition. The return postage/carriage
is the responsibility of the customer.
