The Order Process
Our ordering process is very simple.
Simply choose the design and items you wish to order, click order plan and you will be asked to complete your name, address, wedding date, telephone and email details. Once these are completed you will need to make payment for your plan with a debit/credit card. After completing the order you will be sent an email confirming your order and a copy of a downloadable Invoice as PDF will be available from the emailed link.
You should then email the details required to take your design to the proofing stage via firstname.lastname@example.org
The information you will need to include in the email is the design choice, any specific colours you wish to include, the bride/grooms names or event title details, the date of the wedding/event, a list of guests in either a word doc or directly into the email (please do not use tables/borders in the Word doc it should be a basic list) and these should be listed under their corresponding table name/number, finally a plan of the room will be required, this can be simplified into numbers placed in a Word doc or your venue may provide a digital copy to email to us. If you need to include photographs in the design they should be emailed as 300dpi JPEG files.
Menu, placecard and thank you card details should also be emailed as word docs.
Any emails sent to us should be titled with the wedding date and the surname as placed on your order by debit/credit card ie. 01/04/2008 Smith
Once we have received the above information you should receive proofs of the items ordered within 3-5 working days.
You will be given a deadline by which you must reply with confirmation of any amendments or approval. If we do not receive these by the given date the items will be produced based on the first proof supplied.
On approval your order is then sent to production for printing and mounting, no further changes can then be made without additional costs being incurred and time scales permitting.
When your order is ready to ship we will send you an email confirming the order is being sent out, the address to which it is being sent and the delivery date.
